Dead and Loving it by MaryJanice Davidson (Wyndham Werewolf Series #5)

Dead and Loving It (Wyndham Werewolf Series #5)

Overview from Barnes and Noble:

In this collection of four novellas, worlds collide when MaryJanice Davidson's beloved Wyndham werewolves cross paths with vampires ruled by Undead Queen Betsy Taylor.

 My thoughts:
This was a quick, vacation read.  I finished all four stories before goingto the beach in the morning.  I woke up with the sun and no one else did, so I had a couple of hours to sit and read and it really did go that fast!

My favorite story was the one that told how Antonia the werewolf (not the Devil) made her way into Queen Betsy's life and discovered that George had really been named Garrett.  I knew there was more to the story, but I had never read that one so I was missing a chunk in that storyline.

I enjoyed learning about fairies being a part of Davidson's created world, but the story about the vampire that kidnapped the werewolf turned me off completely.  I don't think there is anything right about making it seem like you can fall in love with some one holding a person against their will.  That jarred me and almost turned me off from the rest of the book.
