Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James

Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades Trilogy #2)

Overview from Barnes and Noble:

Daunted by the singular tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house.

But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. They rekindle their searing sensual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades.

While Christian wrestles with his inner demons, Anastasia must confront the anger and envy of the women who came before her, and make the most important decision of her life.
This book is intended for mature audiences.

My thoughts:
I still cannot get into this series.  A friend suggested that the second book was better than the first, but I just found myself getting frustrated with Ana.  She starts the book saying that she knows Christian is bad for her and she should stay away, but she can't.  It is like he is a drug and it seems the furthest thing from a healthy relationship. I don't think I will ever finish the series and actually let a friend tell me all about the last book in a five minute conversation so I don't even feel like I need to read it.  This series just isn't for me.
