Summer ended over the weekend, but I had to share some of the colorful creations my children made last weekend.
They won new sidewalk chalk at the local library in the summer reading program and it was really brightly colored.
They filled up a good part of our outside patio with creations.
Unfortunately they pretty much used up the whole pack on one days work.
Time to start looking to see if anyone has it on sale since it is considered a summer item!
What fun pictures! And pretty talented artists you have there :-D
ReplyDeleteGreat art! I love colored chalk, and it's great that you could save the art through the photos. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHere's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
I love sidewalk art, my kids did this all summer when they were little, as a matter of fact, the whole neighborhood could be contributing their art work on my driveway, my neighbor use to have a fit with messing up his driveway, how silly was that? Keep that drawing going, someday soon they won't be interested in doing it. It sucks when they grow up.
ReplyDeleteWhat talent! These are beautiful artwork your children had created. I hope they can remain there for a long, long time. Hope for a dry fall and winter. ;)
ReplyDeleteThese are adorable!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun! I love when my grands get to come and they draw on the sidewalks!
ReplyDeleteWhat great drawings your kids made. I loved chalk drawing as a child, and was alway happy when my son drew with chalk outside, it speaks to me of happy childhood memories. Not enough parents let their kids loose with chalk these days I think.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures! Your children are wonderful artists!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
