Saturday Snapshot- America on Wheels Museum- October 1, 2011

Last weekend my whole family went to the America on Wheels Museum.  It has an assortment of old and new cars and car related displays.

We've been meaning to visit since we moved to the area, but this ended up being our first time.  We used our free ticket from the Smithsonian Free Museum Day to go and check it out.

The kids loved that these were kid sized!

There were a few photo opportunities scattered through out including this car.

As well as this truck cab complete with a video screen to make it look like you were driving.

Who hasn't wondered what it would be like to sit at the wheel of a big truck?

    Love the old car in the first picture. And I think it's great that they have some that the kids can try out too.
